At VeryChic Travel, we're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assistant to ensure the excellence of our flash sales. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the competitiveness of our offers, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Benchmark our flash sales against industry standards to guarantee their competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Content & Sales departments to optimize and automate our benchmark process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to inform our sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our hotel partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in the development of new quality management processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish, with native French language skills.
  • Relevant experience in tourism or hospitality, with a degree in ecommerce or a related field.
