Key Responsibilities- Strategic Fundraising Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies within the social impact sector, establishing detailed plans and timelines to achieve the organization's financial objectives, while diversifying funding sources.
- Relationship Management with Funders: Build and nurture connections with influential stakeholders in the donor community, ensuring a robust network through outreach and relationship enhancement.
- Grant Proposal Writing: Prepare grant applications and funding proposals that align with organizational goals and donor expectations, identifying appropriate funding opportunities and collaborating on budget creation and narrative development.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess fundraising metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies, identifying improvement areas, and adapting plans based on performance analysis.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with various internal teams, including area managers and senior leadership, to synchronize fundraising efforts with organizational priorities, ensuring effective coordination and reporting on current grants and funding obligations.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Proven track record in fundraising and grant management, including securing significant donations and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of the technology sector and its capacity for social impact.
- Familiarity with US and European public sectors, philanthropic entities, and other grant sources.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and networking abilities.
- Strong financial management skills and experience overseeing budgets.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in remote and cloud-based work environments.
- Ability to communicate in additional European languages (e.g., Catalan, French, German, Dutch).
- A strong interest in data privacy and compliance with data regulations.
- A fully remote position.
