Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Brand Director to lead our marketing efforts in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for our hotels, leading the strategy for Anantara Europe, and ensuring brand identity is maintained across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for our hotels in Europe
  • Lead the strategy for Anantara Europe, working with hotel Marcoms teams and coordinating with PR teams and Headquarters
  • Ensure brand identity is maintained across all touchpoints
  • Support in budget establishment and supervision
  • Provide pre-opening support for new and rebranded properties in Europe
  • Manage marketing agencies
  • Support global promotional campaigns execution in BUSE from HQ and coordinate locally with the hotel
  • Seek out opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, and cross-promotions for the benefit of the brand and/or properties in Europe
  • Responsible for global actions to grow brand awareness in BUSE
  • Provide Brand Induction and support with the strategy to new team members
  • Conduct ongoing market research on relevant competitor hotel brands within the industry
  • Assist E-Commerce department with web content
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots of hotels, ensuring guidelines are followed
  • Coordinate with Marcom for business reviews and help MarCom excel in their jobs

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Non-hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Native English or fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Spanish, French, Italian, would be a plus
