Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to conceptualize and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Conceptualize and run marketing campaigns within established KPIs.
- Ensure campaigns are adapted to all digital platforms.
- Create well-written, error-free copy.
- Develop and manage digital competitions.
- Develop and manage digital activities within the company's digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
- Maintain a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
- Distribute emails through the use of automation software.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Provide regular monitoring and reporting of the campaign and database performance that include opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.
- Devise and execute A-B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with our Game developer to manage the success of our Online Game.
- Develop marketing campaigns and manage the results of the Stopover E-Cups.
- Manage the E-Sport competition of Teams.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Metaverse.
- Develop and run special events inside the Metaverse.
- Work closely with the Sustainability Team to integrate, promote and run sustainability activities inside the Metaverse.
Requirements
- English: C1.
- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar.
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.
- Forward thinking, dynamic attitude.
- Comply with the values of The Ocean Race: trust, excellence & care.
- Living or able to relocate to Alicante, Spain.
- EU national or ability to, in a short period of time, acquire necessary EU working permits.
