**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Design team at LeoVegas Group. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that our users enjoy a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable gaming experience on our platform.
You will work closely with your manager and other UX designers to support the rest of the organization and enhance our user interface designs. If you are passionate about creating user-centered designs, making data-driven decisions, implementing innovative features, and leading improvements for intuitive and user-friendly solutions, then this is the role for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Owning the user interface design for our iGaming platform and customer-facing brands, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
- Driving the delivery design process, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of our multi-brand, multi-market design system, ensuring consistency and high-quality design across all our products.
- Staying current on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices, particularly within the gaming industry.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and experience creating beautiful, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A solid understanding of design systems and their importance in maintaining design consistency and scalability.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience designing for the iGaming industry.
- Experience designing micro interactions and UI animations.
