Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our Product Team at RavenPack. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing the interface and user experience for our next-generation research products. You will report directly to the Senior Front End Product Manager and collaborate with various teams across the organization, including engineering, quality assurance, product, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply user-centered design principles to improve the user experience on the RavenPack platform.
  • Work across the entire product process, from user research to visual design.
  • Develop a deep understanding of RavenPack's latest research suite of products.
  • Collaborate with user research to gather insights for design and product strategy.
  • Design crisp and clean interfaces to maximize user engagement and deliver the best experience.
  • Manage and enrich the RavenPack design system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in digital graphic design, web design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in digital products for web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates successful UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Ability to work within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate and describe prototypes to technical and non-technical colleagues and users.
