About the Role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in supporting clients with complex data center construction projects. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving projects to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost plans, estimates, and valuations for data center construction projects.
  • Manage procurement processes, including bid analysis, contract negotiation, and change control.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management, value engineering, and life cycle costing to clients.
  • Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery of accountabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development with existing clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in cost management, with a focus on data center construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cost management teams.
  • Experience with value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
