Buscamos un Project Manager con visión estratégica y experiencia en la gestión de proyectos en el sector industrial. Si tienes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para establecer estrategias, te estamos buscando.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestionar los proyectos asignados estableciendo la estrategia y manteniendo la visión de los mismos durante todo el proceso.
  • Interlocución con cliente, a un nivel directivo alto (CEO, director estrategia, director negocio).
  • Gestión y desarrollo de clientes.
  • Liderar los diferentes equipos multidisciplinares de cada proyecto.
  • Estructurar en base a la visión de los proyectos los hitos y el contenido, con el objetivo de construir un hilo conductor en toda la hoja de ruta de cada proyecto.
  • Aportar conocimiento del sector/mercado.
  • Planificar tiempos, rentabilidades, tareas y responsabilidades para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada proyecto.
  • Asegurar la calidad de cada proyecto, revisando los contenidos con los equipos multidisciplinares de trabajo.
Requisitos
  • Candidato/a con grado en Ingeniería o Matemáticas que tenga capacidad analítica, visión de negocio e interés en la consultoría.
  • Máster, MSC y/o MBA serán valorados.
  • Experiencia profesional en el campo de consultoría y/o gestión de proyectos (perfiles con 3-5 años de experiencia).
  • Experiencia en el sector Industrial.
  • Nivel nativo o alto de español, valorando otros idiomas como el inglés, francés y/o portugués.
  • Predisposición para viajar y desarrollar una carrera profesional en un entorno multisectorial y multinacional.
  • Vocación para la consultoría, con interés en desarrollar una carrera profesional en el sector.
