Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at our Production Plant in Valladolid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site HR Manager in managing HR issues aligned with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient staffing strategy, including recruitment, induction, and training.
- Manage relationships with public and local entities, as well as university schools.
- Ensure accurate payroll and administration processes.
- Develop and maintain internal communication with employees.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site.
- Report relevant HR information to the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
- Good knowledge of employment law.
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
- International mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum bilingual (English required).
