About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our consulting teams with high-quality research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics to support client work and knowledge base development
  • Deliver research findings in a timely and accurate manner, synthesizing and packaging data and facts into clear and concise output
  • Manage a variety of research requests, utilizing excellent organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Contribute to knowledge capture and documentation, supporting the development of research products and services
  • Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver high-quality research

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (engineering and sciences preferred)
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience in Industrial Goods topics, preferably in Greentech & Engineered Products
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills, with fluency in German a plus
  • Ability to work with a wide range of office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
