As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing content and materials that align with our brand's value proposition and positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and propose new marketing materials, including copy concepts, social media content, and email campaigns, to engage different stakeholders throughout the entire funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop initiatives to improve communication with potential targets.
- Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing plans, including analyzing trend reports and managing timelines.
- Work directly with third-party agencies to ensure the tactical marketing plan is delivered.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's personality, voice, and tone to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
**Requirements**
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with B2B, B2C, SEO, and other digital marketing concepts.
- Proven expertise in social media marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editorial skills.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet, or related tools, to process data.
- Great organizational skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting results and liaising with agencies and contractors.
