**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team and work on Bynder's Studio module, the ultimate solution for creating on-brand content such as images, GIFs, and videos. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with company goals and customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Roadmap Management**: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Design team to transform product concepts and business requirements into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- **Backlog Management**: Prioritize near-term initiatives, break down epics into actionable stories, plan refinements, and oversee the timely delivery of releases.
- **Sprint Ceremonies**: Participate in all sprint lifecycle phases, including planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure the team's work aligns with prioritized backlog items.
- **Quality Assurance**: Work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Excellence**: Facilitate teams in effectively executing against OKRs and requirements, enabling seamless customer adoption of new functionality.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Engage with Engineering, Product, Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive product success.
**What You'll Need**
- Strong product management skills and experience in digital asset management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
