About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Wever & Ducré. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Madrid region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute our lighting products to architects, designers, and lighting designers in Madrid, focusing on the XAL, Wever & Ducré, and Wästberg brands.
  • Support existing customers and partners, as well as acquire new ones, to increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them, reporting regularly to the Sales Director.
  • Provide product training to partners and customers, and participate in marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops, and customer events.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments in our headquarters to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in sales, marketing, or a technical field.
  • Experience in sales within the lighting industry or a related sector.
  • Ability to understand lighting layouts and technical drawings, such as AutoCAD.
  • Excellent English skills are a plus.
  • Passion for architecture, lighting design, and lighting technology.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, dynamic, and proactive sales personality.
