Dutch Sales Representative

As a Dutch Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Offer accurate and detailed information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions. Upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to customers, including premium accommodations, activities, or dining options.
- Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and meeting customer preferences and requirements.
- Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet customer needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet made a booking, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
- Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and other relevant information.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Inside Sales Agent who possesses:
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Excellent elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and oral communication skills
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
- Dynamism, teamwork, and self-control
