Dutch Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dutch Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing client base across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers by qualified leads and close deals at the agreed-upon budget
- Develop sales strategies to optimize market potential and improve customer sales and profit margins
- Understand customer requirements and objectives, and match Google Ads solutions and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native level of Dutch and fluency in English
- 1 year of experience in sales environment
- Team player with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona
- Relocation support
- 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and sales training
- Permanent presence of coaches for personal and professional development
- Established career path to grow within the project
- Continuous training and certifications within Google products
