Key Responsibilities:

As a Supply Planning Specialist at Catenon, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of components and raw materials to meet production plans in accordance with the company's inventory policies.

Key Tasks:

  1. Raw Materials and Packaging Planning: Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging, taking into account production planning to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Key Planning Information Update: Update key planning information, including delivery dates, lot sizes, and incidents, to ensure accurate forecasting.
  3. Order Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare orders to subcontractors, send necessary materials, and follow up on collection to ensure the availability of finished products.
  4. Rough Capacity Planning: Conduct medium- and long-term rough capacity planning to ensure efficient production processes.
  5. Stock Management: Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize stockouts.
  6. Supply Chain Forecasting: Send rolling forecasts to suppliers to anticipate future supply needs and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and participate in the development of new processes to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, with similar responsibilities.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Drive, with a strong understanding of supply chain management software.
  4. Language Skills: Intermediate-level English and advanced Spanish language skills.
  5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
