About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at EcoVadis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing and testing Salesforce & GTM Applications solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Process Analysis: Work with key stakeholders and product owners to anticipate and understand detailed requirements, impacts, and functional specifications.
  2. Solution Design: Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Create user stories and process flows to support the design and development of technical solutions for our delivery teams.
  4. Documentation: Formulate and maintain Salesforce and other GTM applications solution documentation (process flows, data models, and technical specifications).
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for product and process optimization.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos.
  7. Backlog Grooming: Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
  8. Acceptance Criteria: Define Acceptance Criteria of features.
  9. Quality Assurance: Plan and Perform QA testing.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Aircall, Lead Routing, Marketing Automation and other GTM applications as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  3. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
  4. Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
  6. Agile Methodologies: Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
  7. Salesforce Implementation: Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  8. Problem-Solving: Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  9. Requirements Writing: Experienced in writing functional and technical requirements.
