Misión del puesto:

Apoyar al equipo de Brand Growth Development en Meliá Hotels International (MHI) en la gestión de contenido, proyectos de expansión de marca y actividades de marketing tanto online como offline.

Colaborará en la actualización y coherencia de la información de marcas, así como en la organización de presentaciones y eventos clave para la empresa y su crecimiento.

Funciones principales:

  • Soporte en la gestión de contenido: Ayudar en la actualización de presentaciones de las marcas y productos clave de MHI.
  • Ayuda en la creación de materiales de comunicación: Colaborar en la creación de materiales de ventas, presentaciones y contenidos digitales para proyectos de expansión y eventos.
  • Coordinación de marketing online y offline: Apoyar en la actualización de la página web del departamento y la coordinación de actividades de marketing en canales digitales y físicos.
  • Gestión de la comunicación interna y externa: Participar en la comunicación diaria con agencias de marketing, proveedores y colaboradores internos para asegurar la coherencia de las marcas en todas las plataformas.
  • Monitorización de tendencias y oportunidades: Ayudar en la identificación de tendencias del mercado y oportunidades emergentes que puedan impulsar la expansión de las marcas.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Estudiante de grado en Marketing, Comunicación, Turismo o un máster relacionado con el sector.
  • Conocimientos de marketing digital y branding: Se valorará experiencia previa en la creación de contenidos, gestión de redes sociales y diseño gráfico.
  • Idiomas: Nivel avanzado de español e inglés, con capacidad para comunicarse de forma efectiva en ambos idiomas.
  • Habilidades interpersonales: Persona proactiva, creativa, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y colaborar en equipo.

Ubicación:

Residencia en Palma de Mallorca o disponibilidad para trasladarse.

Disponibilidad:

Posibilidad de realizar un convenio de prácticas con una duración flexible.
