Job Summary
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process at 7Pines Resort Ibiza.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests' security and comfort at all times.
- Process guest registrations, including computation and collection of payment.
- Provide guest assistance while ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards, and satisfaction of guests' needs.
- Know all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events, and brief subordinates accordingly.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Open-minded, EU citizenship, and studies suitable for the position.
- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5-star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
