About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team in the Iberia region. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to guide telco clients through the adoption of our platform, addressing complex network and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, adopting a consultancy and advisor role while providing technical assistance and solution guidance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through the adoption of GitLab.
  • Be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) on Technical Close Plans and technical evaluations via POC/POV ownership, technical part of tender/audit support, and workshop design.
  • Build deep relationships with people within customer environments to enable them to be GitLab advocates.
  • Serve as the customer advocate to other GitLab teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
