About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our European development team at Analog Devices, Inc. As a key member of our Precision Amplifiers Group, you will play a crucial role in developing next-generation precision sensing and signal conditioning ICs for various industrial and instrumentation markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and simulate transistor-level circuits to meet new specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with wafer Fab teams to understand and develop process capabilities.
  • Oversee and support analog and digital layout to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work with a global team of engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Support other job functions, such as board design, lab evaluation, and test, to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design, tools, and flows.
  • Experience in stability of feedback systems and compensation techniques.
  • Experience in bipolar circuit design and/or high-speed amplifiers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of precision metrics such as mismatch, noise, and linearity is a plus.
  • Design experience in amplifiers circuits, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, or bias circuits is a plus.

Qualifications

  • MS/PhD degree in EE or ECE with focus on analog/mixed signal design.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, thorough, autonomous, and driven to continually improve.
