About the Role

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is a leading global insurance organization with a rich history of innovation and excellence. As a Senior Cyber Underwriter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's cyber insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite assigned risks, focusing on technological risks and working closely with the CyberEdge product team.
  • Exercise judgment, negotiate, and make sound business decisions based on your level of authority.
  • Develop relationships with brokers and identify cross-selling opportunities with different Lines of Business.
  • Drive sales processes on new products and maintain a list of target accounts to meet National Broker (NB) targets.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in commercial insurance or IT and/or data protection consulting is preferred.
  • An engineering, information technologies (IT), business administration, or economics university degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of international security standards, risks analysis methodologies, and outgoing entrepreneurial personality are essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, negotiating, communications, and presentations skills are required.
