E-Powertrain and ICE Transmission Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Powertrain and ICE Transmission Development Engineer to join our team at AVL Iberica in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze the logic of different functions and follow up on implementation with OEM suppliers.
- Carry out validation of these functions during all phases of the project.
- Analyze data and propose countermeasure directions for concerns.
- Make technical reports and presentations.
- Build material for Review Milestones.
- A degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a high degree.
- Experience in electronics for automatic transmissions or electrified powertrains (2+ years is a plus).
- Experience in automotive diagnosis and CAN monitoring.
- Strong interest in planning and management-related activities.
- Proactivity, commitment, and sense of urgency.
- Experience in CAN system analysis and diagnosis tools.
- Good level of English.
