Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Powertrain and ICE Transmission Development Engineer to join our team at AVL Iberica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing the logic of different functions, following up on implementation with OEM suppliers, and carrying out validation of these functions during all phases of the project.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the logic of different functions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with OEM suppliers to ensure timely and effective implementation of project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough validation of functions during all project phases to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Analyze data and propose countermeasures for concerns.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
  • Develop materials for review milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide diagnostic support and cover diagnosis as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a high degree.
  • Experience in electronics for automatic transmissions or electrified powertrains (2+ years is a plus).
  • Experience in automotive diagnosis and CAN monitoring.
  • Strong interest in planning and management-related activities.
  • Proactivity, commitment, and sense of urgency.
  • Experience in CAN system analysis and diagnosis tools.
  • Good level of English.
