Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trc Total Renal Care Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred, but not required
