Maintenance Planner

Established in 2008, PETRONAS Lubricants International is a renowned manufacturer and marketer of high-quality automotive and industrial lubricants products in over 80 markets globally.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling corrective, preventive, and extraordinary maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability and efficiency.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring alignment with human resources, spare parts, and equipment availability.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and contractors involved in modifications, ensuring compliance with technical and procedural standards.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, supporting Maintenance and Industrial Engineering teams as needed.
• Schedule activities, assign work orders to maintenance personnel, and compile work permits (PTW).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve integration with Operations and promote a culture of safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A university degree in chemical, industrial, or equivalent engineering.
• Advanced level of English and fluency in Spanish.
• Advanced computer skills and experience in planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of production process control, mechanics, PLC programming, electrical installation, and pneumatics.
• Teamwork and quality awareness, with a focus on Health & Safety and Environment & Sustainability (ISO 14001).
