Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at PLI | Petronas Lubricants International. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

• Plan and Schedule Maintenance Activities: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Contractors: Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
• Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Support Maintenance and Industrial Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards: Verify that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with established safety and quality protocols.

• University Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Equivalent Engineering
• Advanced Level of English
• Fluent Spanish
• Advanced Computer Skills
• 2 Years' Experience in Planning and Scheduling
• Production Process Control
• Knowledge of Mechanical Systems
• PLC Programming
• Electrical Installation
• Pneumatic Knowledge
• Teamwork
• In-Depth Knowledge of SAP: PM Module
• Quality Awareness
• Environment & Sustainability: ISO 14001
