Position Overview: As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to design and implement engaging lesson plans, observe and record student progress, and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge of the Montessori method
