About Us

Guidepost Montessori is a global network of Montessori schools with over 130 locations worldwide. We are expanding and seeking passionate individuals to join our founding team at our stunning Barcelona campus.

Position: Assistant Teacher (Children's House, ages 3-6)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children under the age of six, be a native-level English speaker, and be eager to develop their teaching skills and complete fully sponsored Montessori training.

Responsibilities
  • Support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth and successful partnership
