Wat ga je doen?Als Sales Executive New Business ben je samen met je team een belangrijke aanjager van de sterke groei die Exact doormaakt.
Je werkt hard om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen en de commerciële doelstellingen te overtreffen.
Tussendoor spelen we graag een potje tafeltennis, drinken we een heerlijk kopje koffie bij de koffiebar en hebben de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van onze eigen gym.
Wat breng je mee?- een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een economische of commerciële richting;
- minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare sales functie, waar je top performer was;
- kennis van of ervaring met de bedrijfssoftware markt is een pré;
- uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Bij Exact werken we hard. En daar staat wel iets tegenover. De balans tussen inspanning en ontspanning vinden we zeer belangrijk.
Zo kun je je in het zweet werken in onze eigen gym, of een rustmoment pakken aan de koffiebar.
Als Sales Executive New Business kun je, op basis van 40 uur per week, ook rekenen op:
- een bruto maandsalaris passend bij je kennis en werkervaring;
- een maandelijks uitgekeerde bonus in de vorm van een Persoonlijk Target Inkomen van minimaal 50% van het vaste salaris;
- vakantietoeslag van 8% en een dertiende maand;
- leaseauto, laptop en mobiele telefoon;
- 27 vakantiedagen en 3 Giving back days, deze dagen kan jij in overleg besteden aan een goed doel naar eigen keuze;
- diverse trainingen om je sales skills nog verder te ontwikkelen;
- ruimte om carrière te maken binnen onze salesorganisatie.
