AWWG is a leading global fashion conglomerate that encompasses renowned brands such as Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, in addition to being the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will provide essential reporting and analytical assistance to the Retail Product Merchandising team, focusing on product management and allocation strategies to help stores meet their sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze weekly sales and inventory reports.
  • Oversee the management of point-of-sale materials within retail locations.
  • Conduct analysis, upload orders, and monitor weekly replenishment for both apparel and footwear categories.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly Best Sellers reports for both global and local retail outlets.
  • Engage in daily communication with retail locations regarding weekly shipments, replenishments, and any operational issues.
  • Assist in the analysis of weekly product performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation of promotional and sales event lists.
  • Facilitate end-of-campaign returns, including the necessary materials and product lists.
  • Contribute to the analysis of inventory transfers between retail locations.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of new product collections.
  • Help create informative materials for retail locations regarding new collections, including product panels and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
