Job Description

As a key member of the All We Wear Group team, you will play a crucial role in aligning the product line plan vision with the global line planning process to achieve or exceed annual financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales and inventory analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate and implement new products and product lines.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including sales and inventory data, best-sellers, and slow-sellers.
  • Work closely with Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers to analyze results, implement corrective actions, and anticipate major retail periods.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration and Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience as a Merchandiser, Stock Manager, or Retail Business Analyst.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level) and French desirable.
  • Expertise in Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Pronounced analytical and data-driven mindset, with a technical and business vision of the activity.
  • Passionate about the world of fashion and retail, with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, and a taste for challenge and results.
