We are in search of a Sales Executive with a technical foundation in Civil Engineering and a strong commercial orientation to enhance our core team in Madrid, focusing on the development of Mammoet's Civil sector services and expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYour primary focus will be on identifying, pursuing, and negotiating relevant Civil projects to successfully implement Mammoet's strategic objectives for the region.
You will establish new client relationships, nurture existing ones, drive business development, meet sales targets, and serve as the primary contact for clients, partners, and team members. Additionally, you will participate in the sales process for various opportunities to foster long-term client relationships and contribute to Mammoet's profitability.
- Sales: Concentrate on the Civil sector, identifying and securing business from both new and existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Market Development: Evaluate and select data resources containing information on markets and competitors to identify business opportunities and trends;
- Account Management: Initiate, maintain, and deepen relationships with potential clients, monitoring ongoing developments;
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Mammoet's strategic goals;
- Tender Preparation: Prepare responses to inquiries for quotations that meet qualitative, technical, and commercial requirements, analyzing each inquiry based on its technical and commercial aspects to provide optimal solutions while minimizing risk;
- Negotiation: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to finalize agreements.
- Reporting: Deliver insights on quantitative and qualitative developments through regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses in accordance with reporting requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience or knowledge in the Heavy Lift sector is highly advantageous
Understanding of logistics processes
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Strong commercial and negotiation abilities
Analytical, pragmatic, and proactive problem-solving skills, with good listening capabilities
Ability to work in an international environment with diverse cultures
Willingness to travel frequently for short durations
