Estamos buscando un/a Científico/a de datos con experiencia real en la identificación, definición, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones IA en contextos empresariales, para que se una a nuestro equipo de data en IT transversal.

Responsabilidades
  • COMPRENSIÓN DEL PROCESO DE NEGOCIO: Entendimiento de la necesidad de negocio, del proceso, y cómo se toman las decisiones asociadas a dicho proceso.
  • Identificar los casos de negocio que pueden resolverse con ciencia de datos.
  • Identificación de los datos asociados al proceso negocio.
  • Business Case de la iniciativa.
  • Liderazgo de proyectos y equipos.
  • COMPRENSIÓN DE LOS DATOS: Análisis de calidad de datos.
  • Transformación y depuración de datos.
  • Modelado de datos y relaciones.
  • Definición y proceso de ingeniería de variables.
  • MODELIZACIÓN DE ALGORITMOS: Estadística, incluyendo temas como regresión lineal, regresión multivariable y correlación entre variables.
  • Programación a nivel avanzado en SQL/Python/Spark.
  • Desarrollo y ajuste de modelos de machine learning y algoritmos de minería de datos.
  • Uso de Inteligencia Artificial y Deep learning, incluyendo desarrollo de redes neuronales y tratamiento del lenguaje natural.
  • Validación y auditoría de análisis y modelos previo a su implementación.
  • Traducción de resultados a usuarios no técnicos.
  • IMPLEMENTACIÓN: Visualización de datos.
  • Automatización de procesos en entornos de arquitecturas cloud.
  • Monitorización y programación de alertas en las ejecuciones periódicas del algoritmo.
  • Mantenimiento y re-entrenamiento del algoritmo de cálculo.
  • Documentación de entregables técnico-funcionales.
Requisitos
  • Estudios universitarios en Matemáticas, Estadística, Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Física o afines.
  • +2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos IA en entornos cloud.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de machine learning y algoritmos de minería de datos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Inteligencia Artificial y Deep learning.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud con tecnologías Big Data.
  • Capacidad para identificar casos donde un proyecto de ciencia de datos ayude a resolver problemas de negocio.
  • INGLÉS nivel medio – alto.
