We are seeking a highly skilled Product System Development Engineer - Hardware to join our team at MAHLE. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of new products and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of product systems, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage technical resources and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with MAHLE's Product Development Process (PDP) and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and release notes.
  • Participate in technical reviews and design for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues and problems.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent technical background in electronics development, with a focus on automotive electronics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, German, and French (C1 level).
