Our Quality Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our team in Porriño, Spain. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards during operations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
- Review batch records, electronic batch records, and forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify the correct traceability of materials consumed in the manufacturing process.
- Perform equipment release during changeovers between product campaigns.
- Finalize product labeling and ensure quality support during shutdown and restart processes.
- Review assay forms included in Certificate of Analysis.
Requirements
- Formative cycle in Chemistry, Laboratory, or a related field. A Science Degree is also highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of biologics manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.
- Availability for rotational morning, afternoon, and night shifts, 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide robust and agile quality support during process issues.
