Key Responsibilities- Sanctions and Compliance Monitoring: Review and investigate matches against sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, and internal lists in a timely manner, processing as appropriate.
- Real-Time Transaction Monitoring: Conduct real-time rules-based monitoring on client transactions and process alerts as necessary.
- Client Support: Respond to Requests For Information on transactions from banking partners and address queries from internal departments.
- Task Management: Complete allocated tasks with focus and in a timely manner, communicating status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers as needed.
- Process Adherence: Adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.
- Diligence and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a diligent and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Time Management and Pressure Handling: Proactively manage time and work effectively under pressure.
- Operational Excellence: Work successfully in a target-driven operational environment.
- Communication Skills: Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
