Product Specialist Trainee - Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology

At F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Product Specialist Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with customers to ensure rapid resolution of issues or requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Profile:
  • Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.
  • Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in new technologies.
  • Analytical thinking.
