Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and trends in the international food commodities sector, focusing on pork, beef, poultry, and seafood.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and trading volume.
- Negotiation & Trading: Lead negotiations with suppliers and buyers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Amghuman. Execute trades that align with the company's risk management policies and strategic objectives.
- Contract Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics, finance, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze trading performance, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending strategies for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in trading food commodities, with a focus on pork, beef, poultry, and/or seafood.
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
