About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch customer service to international clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  3. Mindset: Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  4. Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is highly valued.
  5. Location Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
