Job Title: Product Manager and Specialist in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology

At Palex Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager and Specialist in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing the business in the area of Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology by supporting the IZASA Scientific Sales team in establishing strong connections and long-term relationships with clients and suppliers in this specialty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop marketing policies in the area of nanotechnology.
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Participate in the commercialization process.
  • Have knowledge of nanotechnologies (fabrication and characterization) and accessories related to these techniques.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a related technical or science field, such as Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or Material Science.
  • A PhD is not a must but is a plus.
  • Several years of work experience in the materials science department or division within the research or industrial sector to understand the techniques and procedures that nanotechnology instrumentation involves.
  • Experience in sales in scientific instrumentation is also needed.
We are looking for:
  • A person with high energy, initiative, who is a self-starter, very self-motivated, and creative.
  • A high level of English and Spanish, as well as negotiating skills to negotiate with both clients and suppliers.
  • Effective and influential communication skills with key opinion leaders, PhDs, MDs, formal presentations, informal discussions, and written documentation.
