Job Title: Carbon Offset Director About the Role: We are seeking a result-driven and enthusiastic individual to lead the sales and delivery of our carbon offset/carbon credit verification service line and support the growth of our Corporate Assurance team in continental Europe. Key Responsibilities: * Sell profitable validation and verification services and other assurance services in strategic market areas * Create and implement an actionable business plan for expanding brand awareness within the verification and validation (VVB) space in existing and emerging global markets * Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity identification through win * Identify, develop, and implement sectoral scopes under Verra and Gold Standard (others as appropriate) * Enable delivery via developing and managing a VVB delivery team through internal training and recruitment (as necessary) * Serve as lead auditor (as necessary) on successful offset/credit assurance engagements * Enable additional sales of broader Corporate Assurance offerings across continental Europe About ERM: ERM is a leading global provider of climate risk, environmental, health, safety, social, and sustainability services. You will be responsible for building the service line, the team, and leading in sales and delivery. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with ERM's other practice areas, including the global ERM CVS assurance team, ERM's newly formed Climate Market Team, and ERM's climate change team.
