Project Manager - Residential Building Development

At Vision Investments & Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of a luxury residential building in Marbella, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, contractors, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Construction Oversight: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out to agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the project complies with all relevant local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Spain.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
