Your Role
The Finance & Strategy team in Spain is seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Analyst to assist in strategic decision-making and daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while engaging in various central FP&A projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Finance & Strategy Team to influence decisions that will shape the future of our operations in Spain.
- Assist in FP&A and controlling functions, including Business Planning and monthly financial closings.
- Lead finance-related projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Analyze business and financial KPIs to encourage teams to maintain financial discipline and improve overall profitability.
- Work closely with Global Finance Teams to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure customer satisfaction in financial matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution and develop profitability analyses for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite is required.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and identify trends and insights.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in financial modeling.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, or FP&A within a leading tech company or consulting firm.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and experience using programming for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is necessary.
- A holistic and analytical mindset is crucial.
