Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Marayo Bank Inc. (A Rural Bank) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, mediating with advertising agencies, and organizing publicity duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, company newsletters, event announcements, and correspondence.
  • Mediate with advertising agencies to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and participate in regular publicity duties, including leafleting, posters, and tarpaulin circulations.
  • Create promotional ideas in conjunction with the Bank Manager.
  • Assist in the distribution of information through electronic email, phone campaigns, and SMS messaging.
  • Track projects and maintain business line marketing calendars.
  • Assist in arranging and decorating displays in exhibits and booths.
  • Participate in various seminars, trade shows, festivities, and alumni homecomings.
  • Coordinate with satellite offices prior to marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Professional driver's license (preferred)
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Cadiz City, Negros Occidental (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel (100% preferred)
