Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. is a leading retailer in the office supplies and school supplies industry, known for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives at various mall locations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility within malls.

Collaborate with mall management teams to secure prime locations for promotional events, displays, and pop-up stores.

Plan and execute engaging in-store events, promotions, and activations to attract and retain customers.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing materials and campaigns.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain relationships with mall tenants and stakeholders to maximize cross-promotional opportunities and enhance brand presence.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in mall marketing, event planning, or related roles.

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools is preferred.

Willingness to travel to different mall locations as needed and work flexible hours during events and promotions.
