Role Overview

The Site HR Lead acts as the HR Business Partner to the Site Director and Trusted Advisor to the Site Leadership Team, supporting the delivery of business priorities through high-quality and robust People Plans and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic 'people plan' that supports the site's long-term strategy, focusing on Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Capability Building.
  • Drive the Talent Management agenda by ensuring regular Talent Reviews, 9-box ratings, and robust Succession Plans are in place for key roles.
  • Support the Site Director and Site Leadership Team with the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a fair and inclusive process is implemented and adhered to.
  • Partner with the Site Director to assess and deliver HR interventions at Site Leadership Team level.
