We operate a leading marketplace connecting doctors and patients in 12 countries, serving 62 million patients monthly. Our platform enables patients to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment, making us the world's leading marketplace for doctor-patient connections.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Clinic Agenda project in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects, aiming to elevate operational excellence and scale the Clinic Agenda project with quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Clinic Agenda project in Spain, ensuring the project team adheres to all standards and defined global processes.
  • Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and use this information to lead initiatives in the country.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with overall business objectives, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries.
  • Ensure playbooks are updated and information is available for everyone.
  • Team with Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, with involvement in customer success and sales environments.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesizing skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations and implement them.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with organizational skills to bring structure.
