We are thrilled to grow our Digital Solution Advisory teams, focusing on the Middle and Eastern European markets. We seek skilled professionals with experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, particularly in the regions of Croatia and Slovenia.

We primarily serve midmarket clients, managing a substantial volume of transactions while collaborating efficiently with SAP's partners. Our goal is to drive revenue growth by providing exceptional virtual customer experiences, ultimately helping more clients improve their operations.

As a Digital Solution Advisor, you will play a crucial role in realizing this vision by utilizing a range of digital tools, reusable resources, and your deep understanding of solutions combined with customer insight.

Role Overview

In your capacity as a Digital Solution Advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of business processes related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. You will engage directly with potential clients and partners, showcasing SAP solutions and offering expert guidance on business outcomes and the value derived from our offerings. Your primary objective will be to guide presales discussions towards successful contract finalizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating customer priorities and transformation strategies to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Demonstrating SAP solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Aligning product capabilities with business requirements.
  • Independently managing sales cycles.
  • Responding to RfX inquiries within established timelines in collaboration with the global RfX center.
  • Engaging partners in opportunities and supporting them in effective sales efforts.
  • Initiating and aiding business development initiatives for the relevant markets.
  • Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent advisory services.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, presales, or product/solution management.
  • Understanding of business processes and capabilities related to Enterprise Resource Planning solutions (preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud), with specialization in at least two of the following areas:
    • Finance and Controlling
    • Sales
    • Sourcing and Procurement
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Manufacturing
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Slovenian/Croatian is essential for client advisory.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
