About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Make. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and challenges, and use this insight to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to launch new features and applications, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers.
  • Support product strategy and roadmap by providing market and audience insights.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Enable commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Growth) on our differentiated product capabilities by creating a range of tools and materials that effectively communicate our value throughout the customer journey.
  • Build a strong understanding of our competitors' positioning, messaging, and product value to optimize our messaging and offering.
  • Support product positioning, audience definition, and sizing, research pricing, and naming for a portfolio of solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B technology business.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of product marketing, with a particular focus on product launch strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Experience and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Experience in driving cross-functional teams against shared goals.
  • Naturally strong communicator - both written and verbal with good stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies and potential gaps - and fix them.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaleup environment, delivering iteratively.
